On-Premises Outdoor Dining Permit (ZBA)
ON-PREMISES OUTDOOR DINING PERMIT (ZBA)
The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) has created an application process for establishments that wish to offer temporary on-premises outdoor dining for private property. Submit an application with the proper documentation to the Planning Department (planning@huntingtonny.gov) for timely review:
Applications may also be submitted to: Town of Huntington, Zoning Board of Appeals, 100 Main Street, Room 212, Huntington, NY 11743, phone (631) 351-3196, fax (631) 351-3257.
Applications submitted and reviewed by the Planning Department will be presented to the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) for a decision at their weekly meetings. The Town is waiving multiple fees for this process.
