A Building permit is required for all Commercial Projects for the construction, alteration, moving, repair, and modification, demolition, in whole or in part or the change of use of any building or structure.

Note All Applications Require:

1.  Forms must be filled out in their entirety signed by the property owner (NOT the lessee).
2.  The seal and signature of a registered architect, professional engineer and/or licensed land surveyor as noted above is required on all plans. Any alteration to plans which bear the seal and signature of a registered architect or professional engineer must be initialed and dated by the altering architect or engineer.¹
