Subsidized senior housing is rental housing with government assistance. Qualified individual(s) meeting the income criteria and age restrictions are only required to pay 30% of their adjusted gross income as their monthly rental payment. The management company will be able to provide you with any information pertaining to their particular development, (i.e. guidelines/application requirements) and send you an application.
