Huntington Community Development Agency (CDA) is a New York public benefit corporation formed pursuant to Section 654 of the New York State General Municipal Law. The Agency's Board is composed of the same members as the Huntington Town Board. 

Since 1977, CDA has worked to serve the needs of low-moderate income residents through various programs and services funded by HUD and other sources.

CDA's administrative offices are housed at the third floor (in Room 309) of Huntington Town Hall, 100 Main Street, Huntington New York 11743.  

CDA manages the Town of Huntington's ever-growing inventory of affordable housing, both rental and ownership, and the lotteries that dispense that housing.  Please register yourself on our Affordable Housing Inquiry list above so CDA can notify you as these affordable housing opportunities become available.
