OPEN WAITING LISTS

Below is the list of affordable housing developments in the Town of Huntington managed by the Huntington Community Development Agency.  The following developments waiting lists are currently open.  Please make sure you read and understand the guidelines before you apply.  If you have any questions regarding a specific development please fill out the following form and the Agency will respond with in 10 business days.

  Country Pointe (First Time Homebuyers)

  The Club at Melville (Seniors 55 and older)
