Sporting Licenses

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Sporting License Program valid from September 1st through August 31st.

Both residents and non-residents may purchase a variety of license types by completing the required online State application. 

Available licenses include:

  • Hunting Licenses
  • Freshwater Fishing Licenses
  • Saltwater Fishing Registration (Required)
  • Trapping Licenses
