Sporting Licenses

 The Huntington Town Clerk is an issuing agent for the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Sporting License Program that begins every year on September 1. 

Residents and non-residents may purchase a variety of license types by applying in person or through the mail after completing a State application form with necessary fees (cash, check or in-person credit card) and providing appropriate documentation confirming residency and eligibility.  Note: A penalty of twenty dollars ($20.00) shall be charged to the maker of a check returned for insufficient funds.
