Bingo, Raffles, Games of Chance

New York State General Municipal Law (Article 14-H and Article 9A) grants towns the power to adopt ordinances or local laws to license the conduct of Bingo games and Games of Chance by authorized organizations within its territorial limits.

In the Town of Huntington the Town Clerk has been designated as the Officer for issuance of these licenses to registered and qualified applicants.

Rules and Regulations have been developed by the State Racing and Wagering Board. To learn more visit the NYS Gaming Commission website.
