A Building permit is required for all Commercial Projects for the construction, alteration, modification, moving, repair, demolition, in whole or in part; or the change of use of any building or structure.

Note All Applications Require:

1.  Property Owner Affidavit must be completed in its entirety by the Applicant, but signed by the property owner (NOT the lessee).
2.  The seal and signature of a registered architect, professional engineer, and/or licensed land surveyor is required on all plans. Any alteration to plans which bear the seal and signature of a registered architect or professional engineer must be initialed and dated by the altering architect or engineer.¹
