Attention Huntington Town Residents
After over 40 years in its former channel location, Channel 18, Huntington Town’s cable provider, Altice, has moved the Town’s Public, Educational and Government (PEG) Access Channel to Channel 1310. This change was not requested by the Town and was initiated without prior written notice, as required by the franchise agreement.
This egregious change in channel location, is not conducive to the beneficial programming that the Town of Huntington and the Huntington community has worked diligently on - to produce quality programming for the benefit of our residents.
The Town of Huntington, in collaboration with other effected Towns, will be reaching out to Altice for the reasons behind this action.
