Yoga-Based Stress Management Session for Caregivers

Chair yoga class incorporates breathing techniques, meditation, stretching exercises and relaxation. This class provides caregivers a space to care for themselves so they have strength and patience to care for their loved ones. We are blessed to have such a strong group of regular participants. We have developed a beautiful relationship and support system for each other.
Instructor’s Biography: Sally has been practicing yoga for 30 years. She gave up her retail business in 2005 to become a yoga instructor. She offers tools for relaxation, strength and the opportunity to learn how to live life in a more balanced and peaceful way.
