Gemini Youth Orchestras

Gemini Youth Orchestras (GYO) music programs offer scalable and progressively challenging options for aspiring musicians at the pre-college level. It is not uncommon for Gemini students to represent their own schools at events like LIFSA and SCMEA. Participation in all GYO programs is determined by audition. Once accepted, students are not required to re-audition unless they wish to move to a different ensemble. All students are, however, required to continue their private studies throughout the school year and the summer to maintain GYO membership.
