Volunteer Cemetery Maintenance and Cleanup Program

Thank you for volunteering to help maintain and cleanup Huntington’s historic cemeteries.  
Please note:  Pursuant to General Municipal Law § 165(3),

The Town of Huntington shall not be liable for any damages sustained by any person participating and no cause of action for such damages shall be adjudicated by any court in this state which would otherwise have jurisdiction to adjudicate such claim.
