• All online payments are subject to fees charged by the third-party processing company.
• If paying by E-Check, be sure to enter your correct routing and account numbers.
• Portal closes June 2, 2025, at midnight
• Look up by Tax Map # (must enter all zero's dashes and decimals i.e. 0400-072.00-06.00-051.000)
• Look-up by address (verify name to ensure you have the correct property)

• Use the current years bill # on your statement of taxes (top right corner of your tax bill).
• If paying by E-Check, be sure to enter the correct routing and account numbers.
•  If you would like a receipt, contact the office of Receiver of Taxes 631-351-3217.

Any payment returned unpaid by your bank for any reason will cancel your payment. Returned items are not redeposited. A $20.00 charge applies to any item returned.

Online through your Bank

• When paying using your personal bank's online banking system, please allow enough time for your bank to process and mail us a paper check on-time.
• Payments made through your personal bank that are mailed to us are not postmarked and will be marked based on the date it is received by our office.
• To avoid late payment charges be sure to give enough time for your bank to process and mail the check.
• If you would like a receipted statement of taxes, contact the office of Receiver of Taxes 631-351-3217
