Huntington – Supervisor Chad A. Lupinacci has released a statement on June 22 related to the Town’s limited reopening of the Town’s Senior Center, Senior Beach House and Adult Day Care facilities for the first time since closing the facilities on March 12, 2020 in response to the COVID-19 outbreak:
Supervisor Chad A. Lupinacci stated, “We are thrilled to welcome back our senior residents for activities and dining at our Senior Center and fun at the Senior Beach House. Please call our Senior Division staff to reserve your spot!”
SENIOR BEACH HOUSE

MONDAYS:
The Home Delivered Meal Program will continue with the meal pickup drive-through at the Senior Center or delivery of (5) frozen meals on Mondays.*
Meal pickup and delivery of five (5) frozen meals will be delivered on Tuesday, July 6, due to the closure of Town facilities on Monday, July 5 in observance of Independence Day.
TUESDAYS – FRIDAYS:
The Senior Center will be opening in a limited capacity by reservation Tuesday through Friday only for activities starting June 29 and for meals starting July 13*. Reservations may only be booked one day in advance for both or each. Please see details below.
*Dining room meals will take place Tuesday through Friday in the dining room for those not picking up meals on Monday of the same week. You may choose to do a Monday 5-meal pickup one week and do a dining room reservation another week. Reservations are first-come, first-served and must be booked one day in advance, no exceptions.
