Huntington
- Supervisor Chad A. Lupinacci honored Executive Pastry Chef Gerard Fioravanti,
owner of Fiorello Dolce Patisserie, whose signature “Frenagel” won the top
prize on the premier episode of the Food Network’s “Bake You Rich,” at the
Wednesday, May 29 Town Board meeting.
“I
commend the work that Chef Fioravanti has put into his business; he has truly
built a local hotspot for Huntington village” said Supervisor Chad A.
Lupinacci. “We are all very proud of this astonishing accomplishment that Chef
Fioravanti has worked so hard for.”
Fiorello
Dolce Patisserie has been in business on Wall Street in Huntington since 2006.
Chef Fioravanti was recently was featured on the Food Network’s brand-new TV
show “Bake You Rich,” hosted by the famous “Cake Boss” and owner of Carlo’s
Bakery, Buddy Valastro. Fioravanti won the competition with his famous
signature pastry, the “Frenagel,” which is a combination of a bagel and a
croissant.
