Room: Gym (Class size limit 40)

Time: 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
Instructor: Maxine Wolberg from Suffolk County’s RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program)
One-hour class that includes upper and lower body exercises (weights are optional), stomach work, balance, stretching and cardiovascular. Become stronger, healthier and more fit!
Instructor’s Biography: Maxine has enjoyed exercising and taking ballet classes her entire life. She now challenges herself with tap classes and currently performs with The Red Hot Mamas tap group in our local area.
