A vehicle is subject to being tagged with an Abandoned Vehicle sticker if it is on a Town roadway, Town right-of-way or Town property (municipal lot, Town beach, Town park, etc.) and it is either not legally registered, inspected or insured to be on the Town street or property (expired tags, etc.) -OR- The vehicle is legally registered, inspected and insured but has been stored in the same location on a Town roadway, Town right-of-way or Town property for more than 4 consecutive days without moving.
