Community Development
CDA manages the Town of Huntington's ever-growing inventory of affordable housing, both rental and ownership.
We are happy to announce the opening of our waitlist for affordable housing. Click the button below to sign up. By signing up on the waitlist you will be notified of any new housing or resales of existing affordable housing that becomes available.

The Huntington Community Development Agency (HCDA) maintains a general affordable housing waiting list through OpenGov. Applicants must pay a one-time, non-refundable application fee of $26.50 to join the waiting list and be considered for units in all HCDA-managed developments. Applicants do not need to submit separate applications or pay separate fees for each development.
Payment must be made by credit card through OpenGov; cash and checks will not be accepted. A $13.00 annual renewal fee is also required to keep an application active on the waiting list.
