Marilyn Urso

Marilyn Urso is a Huntington resident and a Licensed REALTOR for over 23 years. She is a NYS Lic. R.E. Associate Broker working for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate | Atlantic Shores in Huntington, NY and is actively involved in the local real estate industry and the REALTOR organization on a day-to-day basis.

Marilyn has served on local environmental committees for the Syosset Chamber of Commerce as well as the Long Island Board of REALTORS and the NY State Association of REALTORS. She describes being "Green" as second nature for her and is the proud winner of the 2008 Energy Star Small Business Award. She teaches energy-efficiency and environmental responsibility classes for the local, state and national REALTOR organizations.

Marilyn brings her knowledge of the Long Island Real Estate Market and the need for environmentally friendly, energy efficient improvements to Huntington and Long Island's housing stock to the work of the Advisory Committee for Energy Efficiency, Renewables and Sustainability.
