Pool is a "cue sport game" played primarily with two players, or multi-players. There are several types of pool games: eight ball, nine ball, and straight pool. With regular (straight) pool, the shooter takes aim at the cue and uses it to “break” the stack (balls). Depending on which balls fall into the pockets (solid or striped) determines what the shooter will play with. The type of game and rules are stated before game is started. The winner is determined by whoever “sinks” the eight ball.

This space is truly enjoyed by our resident pool sharks! The participants eagerly look forward to our senior pool tournaments held at the Senior Center. 8-Ball Pool Tournament takes place on Fridays 10:30 am.
