Huntington, NY – The Huntington Planning Board is holding a public hearing on the Town of Huntington’s required Municipal Separate Storm Sewer (MS4) Draft 2021-2022 Annual Report on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 6:00pm in the Town Board Room at Huntington Town Hall, 100 Main Street, Huntington, New York.
The Town of Huntington’s required Municipal Separate Storm Sewer (MS4) Draft 2021-2022 Annual Report is now available from the Town’s website at: https://www.huntingtonny.gov/MS4AnnualReports
As a regulated MS4, the Town implements a stormwater management program in order to reduce the discharge of pollutants and is required to report annually to NYS Department of Environmental Conservation. The ultimate goal of the Town’s program is to protect water resources and satisfy the water quality requirements of the Environmental Conservation Law and Clean Water Act.
The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 6:00pm in the Town Board Room at Huntington Town Hall located at 100 Main Street, Huntington, New York. The Planning Board is asking for public input. Comments will be incorporated into this year’s final report.
