If you receive a Notice of Violation, you must respond  by the date indicated on your notice to the issuing Code Enforcement Officer named on the violation.  All Officers can be reached through the main Code Enforcement office and will advise you on what action is needed to bring you into compliance with Town Code.  If you receive an Appearance Ticket, you must appear in 3rd District Court, 1850 New York Ave., Huntington Station, NY 11746 on the date and time indicated on the Appearance Ticket.
