Code Enforcement investigates violations of Town Code.  Examples include illegal apartments, unsafe living conditions, overcrowding, construction without a permit, litter and debris, *unregistered vehicles on private property, graffiti, zoning violations, un-permitted tree removal, unreasonable noise, grass and weeds over 10" high, sidewalk snow removal, unregistered rental properties, stagnant water, draining pools, etc.  *NOTE:  Complaints of unregistered vehicles on the street or Town owned properties are enforced by the Abandoned Vehicle Bureau.
