The Park & Recreation Department runs a wide variety of programs, camps and events for young people and adults in the Town of Huntington.  Some of the programs require youth participants to submit Emergency Medical forms in addition to the ordinary program registration. 

In addition to the programs administered and run by Parks & Recreation, the Department also makes its facilities available to groups and organizations for events ranging from a simple family picnic to an organized athletic tournament. 

Different applications and approvals are required for various classes of events.  In general, the forms necessary to be completed in connection with a program registration or application for a special event are linked to page for that activity, program or park facility.
