Centerport – Supervisor Chad A. Lupinacci joined senior residents at the Town’s free Senior Citizen Beach Permit giveaway and ice cream party at the Senior Beach House on Centerport Beach last Tuesday, May 14.
“Tell your friends and neighbors, ages 60 and up, they can pick up their free senior beach permits at three beaches this year: Centerport Beach, Crab Meadow Beach and Quentin Sammis/West Neck Beach,” announced Supervisor Chad A. Lupinacci. “These expanded locations help the Town provide more accessible and convenient services for our senior residents.”
The Town of Huntington offers free beach permits to senior citizens with a vehicle registration and drivers license. Season opening day for Town beaches is Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 9:00 AM. This year, free Senior Citizen Beach Permits will be available at three locations, expanding from one location, Centerport Beach, last year:
- Centerport Beach, Little Neck Road, Centerport
- Crab Meadow Beach, Waterside Avenue, Northport
- Quentin Sammis/West Neck Beach, West Neck Road, Lloyd Harbor
