The Town of Huntington Community Development Agency is accepting applications for the lottery for eight income-restricted units at the Club at Melville, a recently-constructed 55-and-over gated condominium community on Deshon Drive in Melville.
Lottery entry forms for the units, which are priced at $221,600, must be completed and returned to the Community Development Agency by Wednesday, August 31, 2017 at 4 p.m.
To be eligible, the maximum income for a family of one or two is $70,912 and for a family of three, $79,776. Applicants must also meet asset criteria.

The lottery is scheduled for 5 p.m. September 19 at Town Hall.
